Antti Hovi

I work in the design organization at Piikkio Works. My typical workday starts with checking emails and preparing for the day’s meetings. Staying in contact with different stakeholders is a key part of my job.

I am trained as a mechanical and metal industry technician. I first joined Piikkio Works in 2006, after which I completed my military service and worked in the construction industry for a while. I returned in 2008, and I have now been working here for 18 years. The factory has been familiar to me since my summer job days, as my father was one of the original Piikkio employees. So I am already a second-generation cabin builder.
